1. What MoneyLine Bros is

MoneyLine Bros is an information and comparison service (an odds aggregator). We collect and display moneyline and related market prices from third-party sportsbooks and prediction markets so you can compare them.

We do not operate a sportsbook. We do not take bets, process deposits, hold balances, match orders, or execute trades. Any wager or trade you place happens only on the third-party site or app you open (for example DraftKings, FanDuel, BetMGM, Kalshi, or Polymarket), under that provider's terms.

2. No advice; odds can change

Content on MoneyLine Bros — including leans, confidence scores, highlights, and “best price” labels — is for informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, or betting advice. Prices update on a delay and may be wrong, incomplete, or stale by the time you click through. Always confirm the price on the sportsbook before you bet.

3. Eligibility & responsible play

You must be of legal age to gamble in your jurisdiction (typically 21+ in the U.S., 18+ in some states). You are responsible for complying with local laws. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org.

4. Affiliate commissions

Some links on MoneyLine Bros are affiliate links. If you create an account, deposit, or otherwise qualify through those links, we may earn a commission from the sportsbook or partner at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not require you to bet, and they do not guarantee that a linked book has the best price for every market — we still surface the best listed price we find across compared sources.

DraftKings clicks use our partner referral link so attribution works even if you are not already logged into a DraftKings account.

5. Third-party sites & apps

When you leave MoneyLine Bros to a sportsbook or prediction market, that provider’s terms, privacy policy, geolocation rules, and KYC requirements apply. We are not a party to your account or bets there and are not liable for their service, payouts, odds errors, or account actions.

6. Accounts & PRO (if offered)

Optional MoneyLine Bros accounts or PRO features (if enabled) are separate from sportsbook accounts. Keep your credentials secure. We may suspend access for abuse or legal risk.

7. Disclaimers & liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for betting losses, missed odds, downtime, or third-party actions. Our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for MoneyLine Bros PRO in the prior 3 months, or (b) $50.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of MoneyLine Bros after changes means you accept the updated Terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
